An initial consultation is conducted to determine your requirements, vision, scope of work and budget for their proposed space/s. A site visit of the space is required in order to take measurements, record existing conditions and photographs.
Following the meeting, a summary of the meeting and the design fee details will be sent. Once you’re in agreement you’ll sign the dotted line and the design process begins.
We begin searching for various inspiration images and ideas for your space based on your vision, requirements, and budget stated during the initial consultation.
A preliminary design intention and direction will be presented to you. This will include: preliminary floor plans, furniture and finish selections, materials and colour schemes. We will solicit your feedback and gain your approval.
Based on your feedback on the preliminary design, we will make changes if necessary and finalise the floorplans, furniture selections, materials, colour schemes and more for your space.
Breathe easy, as we manage your project from start to completion and work hand in hand with our in-house contractors, take care of everything for you from the full renovations to flooring and surface materials, to appliance and fixture installation. All of the renovations will be completed before the installation of the furniture and decor in your home.
Following the completion of the renovations and the delivery of all furnishings, the installation process begins and your design comes to life. We will supervise and install everything from rugs, furniture, lighting art and accessories into your space. You return at the end of the day to a grand reveal of your newly decorated space.
